How much does Apple One Cost?
Apple One was announced on September 15, 2020, during the Apple Event and later launched globally on October 30. Plans for a services bundle had been in development at Apple for years, as part of the company’s efforts to increase its revenue from services and decrease its reliance on hardware sales.
As said above the subscription groups premium services provided by Apple Inc. into tiered packages. The three tiers offered are Individual, Family, and Premier. Apple One subscription bundles are designed to entice users into other services which they might not otherwise have considered subscribing to, such as Apple Arcade or Apple News+, by providing them together at a discounted price.
According to Apple, a user who would intend to pay for each component service contained in the Individual bundle would save roughly $6 monthly by instead paying for Apple One at the Individual tier, while under the same premise, a Family tier subscriber would save $8 per month and a Premier tier subscriber roughly $25 per month.
The Individual plan is $15.95 per month, the Family plan is $20.95 per month and the Premier plan is $33.95 per month.
How to get a subscription to Apple One?
You have a few options. If you’re using an iPhone with iOS 14, an iPad with iPadOS 14 or a Mac with macOS Big Sur then update your device first.

Apple Music, Apple TV+, Apple Arcade, Apple News+, and the all-new Apple Fitness+ powered by Apple Watch and iCloud+ all come together for you or your entire family to enjoy. Update your iPhone, iPad or Mac to the latest OS to get Apple One and choose the plan that’s right for you.
For iPhone and iPad, go to Settings > General > Software Update
For Mac, go to System Preferences > Software Update
Once your device is updated, go to Settings, tap your name, and select Subscriptions. Then choose your plan and start enjoying the services included with Apple One across all your devices.
You can cancel at any time, no strings attached.
You can also search for Apple One on your device or go to Settings > Account > Manage Subscriptions. Also if it will save you money, Apple will automatically recommend an Apple One plan when you sign up for individual Apple services, based on the services you already have.
Apple One services work across your Apple devices, including iPhone and iPod touch with iOS 14 or later, iPad with iPadOS 14 or later, Apple TV with tvOS 14 or later and Mac with macOS Big Sur 11.1 or later. If you subscribe through another device, you can still enjoy Apple One on any version of macOS earlier than macOS Big Sur. Apple Fitness+, included with the Apple One Premier plan, requires Apple Watch Series 3 or later.
Once you subscribe, you can enjoy your Apple One services on any platforms where the services are available, including the web (Apple Music and Apple TV+), select smart TVs (Apple Music and Apple TV+), Apple Watch (Apple Fitness+), Android (Apple Music) or other third‑party streaming devices (Apple Music and Apple TV+).
Also, note that any services you haven’t already subscribed to are free for the first month of your Apple One subscription. After the free trial, the plan automatically renews as a monthly subscription. There’s no commitment, and you can cancel at any time. Also, you can purchase additional iCloud storage separately to supplement what’s included with your Apple One plan.
If you have the Apple One Family or Premier plan, you can use Family Sharing to share all included Apple services with up to five other family members. Also, Apple TV+ and Apple Arcade always include Family Sharing, even in the Apple One Individual plan
